Venue Mexico city – México

The venue in Mexico is organized among UAM and UNAM Universities, which are part of LeNS Mexico (lens-mexico.org).  LeNS Conference will take place within the facilities of the Postgraduate Unit of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).

Unidad de Posgrado of UNAM University is located in the South part of Mexico city, close to a wide range of principal avenues, hotels, restaurants and shopping areas. UNAM campus is also called “University city” (Ciudad Universitaria) as it is a city itself, where important Cultural, Sport and Research facilities are located.  We suggest to stay in closeby hotels, and use “Didi” taxi (you will need the phone app) or a safe taxi which should be asked for in the Hotel lobby (please avoid taking a taxi from the street).

To move around UNAM University for sightseeing, you can take “Puma bus” and stay inside/around the campus. The circuit might not be completely close in all rutes, so please be aware of the map and keypoints.
